# Community Setup

## Setup

PokeCloud requires an admin channel for specific commands to function properly. To create this channel and ensure PokeCloud has registered your server with-in the database,  run the following command in any channel the bot has access to.

```
$setup
```

PokeCloud will begin verifying your server data, ensuring the data is saved in the PokeCloud database, checking the current users highest role and saving it as the admin role, then finally, creating and saving the admin channel.

The admin channel can be renamed and/or moved anywhere in the server. Be sure the bot has it's default permissions at all times.
